This strategic acquisition, which expands Four & Co’s presence in the capital, took effect at the start of September, and increases its frontline team to 7 members.
Bringing the business together under the Four & Co brand, not only bolsters the firm’s agency offering but also increases its portfolio of instructions in South West London.
As part of the acquisition, James Dyson will join Four & Co as a retail agent, bringing his extensive experience and client base to the firm and expanding its range of services. Rod Pearson, ex Greycoat and Urbanfirst and Chris Evans ex Grantchester the principals of Evans Pearson, will become consultants and provide advisory support to Four & Co.
