Four & Co have been appointed by Bravissimo to represent the brand on their property matters nationwide. The instruction is to include acquisitions, disposals, right sizing and asset management work including lease renewals, regears and rent reviews.
Bravissimo are seeking new sites in major cities and regional shopping centres around the UK where they are not currently represented or want to relocate. Bravissimo is a destination retailer, so new stores can either be in prime or good secondary locations.
In terms of the space required, Bravissimo can take units comprising a ground floor lobby or a small shop floor, with large first floor / basement trading accommodation. Their overall space requirements are 3,000 to 3,500 sq ft, with either a lobby that is big enough for a lift and stairs at ground or a shop floor at ground that is 1,000 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft with the remaining space at first floor / basement.
