Four & Co, the retail and leisure property advisory firm, has been retained by Scamp & Dude, the fashion retailer known for it’s superpower infused clothing and its purpose led approach.
The firm will act on behalf of Scamp & Dude to identify and negotiate terms for retail properties across the UK, targeting around ten new stores annually.
The B-Corp™ certified business is seeking sought-after locations including city centres, affluent market towns, high-quality shopping centres, and popular tourist destinations. Scamp & Dude have a loyal online customer base and already has a strong presence with stores in Battersea, Marlow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Brighton and Cambridge, and aims to continue this momentum with Four & Co’s strategic support. Four & Co is instructed to search and acquire stores of around 1,800 sq ft, ideally on the ground floor, with dedicated sales areas of approximately 1,000 sq ft.
