Four & Co have recently agreed a lease re-gear for retained client Wasabi on their corner store at 293 Oxford Street.
Additionally, Four & Co have represented a major national retailer on the street in a rent review that went to Independent Expert. It was an upwards / downwards rent review and following negotiations this has resulted in a significant rental saving for the retailer.
